Moffitt won the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East season opener at Greenville Pickens Speedway in South Carolina on Saturday night. He won the 2010 East Series season finale at Dover International Speedway in Delaware.
Moffitt won the Dover race driving for Joe Gibbs Racing. He made the move to Michael Waltrip Racing for the 2011 season, winning the pole and his first race in his debut with his new team.
